  • Orange County Legal Secretaries Association (OCLSA) is accepting scholarship appications for the 2017-2018 Academic Year. OCLSA's parent organization, the Legal Secretaries , Incorporated (LSI) will be awarding scholarships in Fall 2017 to Persons desiring a career in the Legal Field. Catagories include: High School Senior, College Student, Career Change Student.   • 2017 Women's Scholarship - National Charity League, Inc., Whittier Chapter - The scholarship is given to female residents of the United States of America, at least 25 years of age with a financial need.

  • 2017 LLN 30th Annual Scholarship Application-LMC  - The 30th Annual Latina Leadership Network Student Scholarship applications are now available! We ask that you encourage your student to submit an application by February 24, 2017 by 11:59pm. LLN will be awarding $500.00 to Latina students currently attending a California Community Colleges. The scholarship is available to all California Community College students. LLN Scholarship recipients will be honored at the 30th Annual Latina Leadership Network Conference at the Los Medanos College– April 6-8, 2017. We strongly encourage LLN Scholarship recipients to attend the conference, but it is not required.

  • California Student Aid Commission - student and parent resources to assist in obtaining a higher education.
  • Varsity Tutors Scholarship Contest - Varsity Tutors holds a monthly $1,000 college scholarship contest where students write an essay in response to a monthly prompt.
  • Delta Kappa Gamma, Rho Chapter, is vitally interested in assisting women who are pursuing a career in education by offering recruitment grants to women who can demonstrate both academic promise and financial need. Download their Grant Application and Reference Letter here.
  • The InvestmentZen $1k Financial Future Scholarship - This $1000 scholarship is open to any full-time student enrolled at an accredited university such Fullerton College. Applicants just need to write a 1500 word essay about one of the following three topics:
    • How are you managing your money in college to prepare for a bright financial future?
    • What financial challenges have you overcome in your life? What lesson(s) did they teach you?
    • What are the most common financial pitfalls you see your peers making, and what advice do you have for them?
    Entries are due by April 1, 2017 at 11:59pm GMT (3:59pm PST) and the winner will be notified by June 15, 2017.
  • Live Your Dream Awards- are for women who are the primary financial providers for themselves AND their dependent(s). Applications for the 2017 awards will be accepted between July 1, 2017 and November 15, 2017.
  • 2017 HonorGradU Multimedia Scholarship - Five $1000 Awards
