Student must have completed 30 units, 15 of which must be at Fullerton College, including 3 units of economics. Student should possess good citizenship and potential to become an economics major with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher. One or more recipients will be determined by the head of the Economics Department consulting with the Division Scholarship Committee.

This scholarship is awarded to students who are majoring in economics or business.  Candidates must be nominated by an instructor of the Economics Department and the recipient is to be chosen by Francis Mummery.
