This scholarship is to be awarded to two or more outstanding graduates who are majoring in chemistry and will transfer as full-time students to a four-year college or university in the fall. Recipient(s) must have completed one year of organic chemistry and one year of inorganic chemistry.
This scholarship is for one or more outstanding students in chemistry or physics who plan to continue study with a major in chemistry, physics or engineering. Student(s) must have completed at least 12 units with a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. Student(s) may be part-time or full-time.
Recipient must be a graduate of F.C. who is majoring in one of the life sciences and will transfer to a four-year college or university in the fall. The Biology Scholarship Committee will recommend the recipient.
This award is for one or more students who meet the following criteria: (1) must have a declared major in the Life Sciences at Fullerton College, (2) high scholarship, (3) completed minimum 36 unit at the College, and, (4) overall G.P.A. of 3.0, including at least 12 units in Biological Sciences with 9 of the 12 units in 200 level courses. A faculty member to the Biology Scholarship Committee nominates students.
This scholarship is awarded to a continuing full-time student that has completed at least 24 units with a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. The recipient must be pursuing a Geology degree.
This award is given annually to one, or more, transferring or continuing students that have a demonstrated interest in the environmental sciences. Interested students must submit a Natural Sciences Scholarship Application, letter of interest, and a copy of their transcript. Applicants must meet the following criteria: 1) declared major in the natural sciences, 2) minimum GPA of 3.0, and, 3) a demonstrated interest in environmental sciences (broadly defined).
